Reservation Process
- Please note that submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a reservation due to equipment availability.
- We will confirm all reservations either by email, phone call or text messaging.
- We respond to all messages within 24 hours so if you do not see a message from us, please check your SPAM folder.
- If you are submitting this reservation on the same day you wish to reserve a time, please call us at 608-337-4522.
- Please scroll to the top of this page after submitting. You will see a large yellow box with an error message if the form needs your attention.
Reservation Policy
- Advance reservations must be prepaid in order to hold your rentals.
- Any cancellations made within less than a 36-hour notice from your planned departure time will result in refunds in the form of gift certificates for what you have paid for, ie: canoes, kayaks, and tubes. The only exception is if we are CLOSED due to weather and or high river level conditions.
- This policy is something I don’t take lightly, but due to the large number of no call, no shows and groups over booking, we are forced to turn away others who are wanting to use our services.
